Shipping policy

We deliver to physical addresses within New Zealand but do hope to ship Wall Art and Signage internationally in the future.

All delivery orders must be supplied with a physical postal address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

We deliver goods through CourierPost for small items and Mainstream NZ Ltd for larger items such as firepits and letterboxes.

In case of larger shipments, a tracking number will be emailed to you after dispatch.

We also offer a pickup option from our premises in Harini, Tauranga. If using this option, once ordered we will contact you when your item is ready to collect.

Shipping times depend on the item and the time of year but we do try and hip items e have in stock the next business day. Custom orders can take up to 4 weeks from order placement.
